can I sell my hdb flat with tenancy

I intend to sell my 3 room hdb flat which I have room tenants living in. Can I sell with the tenants? My tenants do not wish to move out but with some personal reasons, I need to sell my unit. Can anyone advise? Tks

not possible. HDB is unlike condo, new owner need to physically stay there for 5 years. So it is selll with vacancy. You can tell tenant to stay there until the very last day until you handover the keys. Thats the best you can do.
